Extended Grace Period ENDED
As of October 1, 2020, the extended grace period will be ending and all NAPO members will be returned to a 30 day grace period regardless of their expiration date.
Reinstatement Penalty Fee Removal ENDED
After over a year of policy change, as of October 1, 2021, we have returned to our standard reinstatement policy. After a 30 day grace period without renewal, when a membership has lapsed for greater than 30 days and up to 90 days, members may keep their original join date by paying an $80.00 reinstatement fee (in addition to their membership dues renewal fee) within 90 days of their membership expiration date. After a 90-day lapse, the member since date will revert to the date of membership reinstatement.
