Professional organizer MaryJo Monroe started reSPACEd in 2008 with the goal of helping families clear the clutter so they could relax in their own homes. The company, which is licensed and insured, has since grown to incorporate a variety of home and office services.
MaryJo’s organizing expertise has been sought out by national magazines such as Real Simple, Redbook, The Saturday Evening Post and All You. She has also been featured on local television, blogs, and in The Oregonian and NW Kids magazine. She has received extensive training in the areas of ADD/ADHD and compulsive hoarding and is an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD).
She is an Oregon native, who grew up in Newberg and attended Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. MaryJo now lives in North Portland with her husband and 10-year-old son.
