I grew up in New York City in an apartment, so I learned early on how to make the best use of small spaces. Led by a love of design and people, I studied art, architecture, and design, worked as a design consultant focused on user research and strategy, and then worked in HR learning & development (designing and leading trainings, and coaching individuals and teams).
All throughout I've been the organizer and systems designer - as an office manager/facilities lead, and project and program manager. My approach is to understand people's unique needs and goals, and translate those into design and learning solutions.
For fun, I enjoy vegetarian cooking at home, spending time with my family (locally that's my husband and 3 rescue dogs), and dressing up my topiary llama Dolly for holidays and current events.
