Bio

I'm a wife to my beautiful bride Jess, mama to our 5 y/o heart thief, licensed occupational therapist, certified professional organizer® and small business owner of Consciously Cleared and Contained LLC, proudly serving New Castle County, DE, and surrounding areas.

I like to say empathy is my superpower; I've been a recipient of therapy through rough patches in my life and my support system is everything to me. I preach and practice self-care. I'm able to sit with you (without judgment!) in pain, in hard memories, in the discomfort of letting go. I'm an active listener and work to declutter the stigma around mental health.

And a HUGE part of my process is empowering you to clearly define the home you want to curate and how you want to feel, as well as how to confidently make decisions that align with those goals. I strive to lift you up and help you implement lasting change for the better.

I'm a mom inspired by Montessori, gentle parenting, toy rotation, and I parent actively/hands-on AND I'm recovering from the comparison trap of social media and from perfectionism and not-enoughness.

I specialize in helping busy families and people with ADHD/neurodivergence declutter and create personalized, eco-friendly systems that are flexible and long-lasting. I dig deep beyond the clutter to help you become a more conscious consumer and encourage you to breathe into the spaciousness of your tidied home. As an occupational therapist, this means all of your activities of daily living, but also how you connect with loved ones, rest, play, and enjoy leisure.

I love (in no order) hot coffee, singing Broadway showtunes loudly, king-sized beds, reading/watching/listening to everything organizing-related, traveling, minimalism, hiking, sharing Sauv blanc and stories with best friends, sister time, being outside / on & near water and by the firepit, The Container Store, activism, Philly, Top Gun, fresh flowers, live comedy shows.
