I still serve as Membership Coordinator for the International Customer Service Association since 2008. My responsibilities included overseeing all daily operations of the ICSA, wearing the “hats” of: member services, marketing & communications, conference planning & management, membership recruitment & retention, accounting & finance and much more! Essentially,I have enjoyed being the face and voice of the ICSA to its members.
